My name is Paul Cullen and I live in a small village in North Hertfordshire.

I have had an unbroken career in the construction industry for over 30 years. 

I have worked in all fields within the industry, including 16 years running my own construction company, 4 years as a Technical Consultant and the last 10 years as a dedicated Project Manager.

I have experience in the following fields................

• Civil Engineering (incl demolition, major ground works including piling)

• Local Government and Housing Association term maintenance and contracting.

• Sales and procurement with Foreign Governments, MoD and Local Government.

• Gas pipeline and Gas power Station supply infrastructure works.

• Cable TV switch centre and mobile phone tower roll outs across the country.

• Sympathetic works and alterations to period and listed buildings.

• Supervision and construction of extensions, houses, commercial and industrial buildings.

• Project managing varying construction projects from a single extension to multi million fast track fit out.

Qualifications include.................

ONC/HNC in Building Studies

Full Member of the Chartered Institute of Building - MCIOB
